The Board of Directors for Gilmore Preschool Society consists of 14 Officers. Each of these Officers (or Directors) is entitled to one vote on issues at monthly Board Meetings
Directors are Society members elected by our membership at the Annual General Meeting. They are responsible for the management and administration of the preschool and directly accountable to the Members of the Society. Our staff members are responsible for the daily operation of the preschool and report directly to the Board.
Our non-voting Board members (5) are individuals that volunteered at the Annual General Meeting to take on the responsibilities of their position.
